In round 2 of neet counselling can we reset our registration and also after resetting can i choose deemed University?

You can always choose the college of your choice in second round of counselling.
If you did get a seat in first round then you will have to surrender that seat for applying in second round.
If you didnot get seat in first round, then you can follow round two procedure and fill your choices. If seats are vacant then you will be able to grab that particular seat.
