In tamilnadu state merit list i got 7258 rank but i am not local can i participate in state qouta in tamilnadu

If you have the tamilnadu domicile than you can participate in the state quota counselling or alse if you are not the domicile of that state then you can go through the management quota if it applies to the institute. The state quota counselling id mostly for the residents or the domicile of that state so being a domicile of tamilnadu will be mandatory to have the medical institute in tamilnadu state counselling.
