In TANCET MBA counselling, they have asked for Conduct certificate but I do not have it. My college is saying TC is enough. Is this fine?

Dear aspirant,
Character certificate is different from TC and both are required for counselling so you should have both of them separately but as you have mentioned that in your TC there is a section of conduct and character so you can tell and show them your TC, if they agreed then congrats, otherwise you have to make a separate character certificate.
