In tfw scheme, can l upload ews certificate?

Nope! For TFW scheme there are no need to upload any EWS certificate and if not required why will you upload. Also if you get the TFW scheme then you will also not be eligible to get any scholarship from the state government or the central government as well because the tution fee for your education is entirely waived.
