In the college predictor, there is a option VIEW CUT OFFS where round 1;2;3 are given again 1;2;3 round are repeated but ranks differ.

The option for view cutoff shows further options of round 1,2&3 which repeat again and the rank differs as it is showing you the cutoff for different years as the first round 1,2&3 will show you the cutoff for 2018 and then for 2017,2016 and so on. So that you can also compare the changes in the cutoff for two years and get a better idea. So therefore no need to get confused.
