In the Numerical Section (section B) of JEE Mains Jan session this year, some questions had answers like 3 or 265.
However, I input them as 3.00 and 265.00 and so on.
Will I lose marks because of this?

The NTA (National Testing Agency) computer system is programmed to recognize the numerical value of your response, regardless of how many trailing zeros you add after a decimal point. In the eyes of the evaluation software:

3 = 3.0 = 3.00

265 = 265.0 = 265.00
