As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%. Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota. Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc.
It will vary for each group.
The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
But going by last year trends around 350 - 450 marks will be sufficient enough to get a seat under Sc category.
