In tspgcet 2019 what is the priority based on caste

Hello friend, In TS PGECET counselling there is certain relaxation in the eligiblity criteria of the counselling based on the caste, here are the details-

Candidate must have passed GATE/TS PGECET 2019 with a valid score. Those candidates who have qualified GATE in 2017,2018 or 2019 are eligible to apply.
Candidate must have passed qualifying degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved category)
Candidate must belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh
