Better choose for 5600 rank to get an admission you will get an admission easily but it depends on the cutoff specified b the college. You haven't provided any details rather than your rank for which i can't say any cutoff range of any college.
If you have any reservation than use it and if it is providing state reservation then use it to make your counselling process smooth.
In whichever college you want to join collect complete details regarding it and find your area of interest too.
