Note:As per the new rules if a student want to change the branch it will be internally changed in the same college *(if seats are vaccent ) otherwise in any other collge as per the allocation in second counselling
- Seats will be based on three factors
- 1)left seats in college (after first counselling)
- 2)students not jioned in seat allocation (joined in other colleges on their own choice)
- 3)students who need other branches not the alloted one
