Hello,
It would be much better if you could mention which exam you are talking about.
But let me tell you clearly that there is no such thing as taking the best marks into consideration when you appear in different years.
If you appear in 2020 for the exam then that marks will only be taken into consideration even if you score less.
For jee mains now the body conducts exam two times in a year and out of these two exams the best performance will be chosen.
