Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi has released its application form which includes admission to MBBS and BDS courses for all the colleges affiliated to GGSIPU and Delhi University. If you will the application form only then you will be eligible to attend the counselling process for 85% State Quota seats of Delhi state.
