Initial comes first in my name in 10th certificate but last in my aadhaar. Should I need to change my name as per aadhaar for neet?

Your name in the NEET application form should be exactly as it is on your adhaar as your name would be run through the UID database and in case of any mismatch, your form would be rejected. In case of you Class 10 certificate, you can either get in changed from your school or issue an affidavit of some kind proving the same.
I am Vibhuti Vashistha.
My name in the aadhar card has my name first and my 10th certificate has my surname first. Will this cause a problem in my neet registration. And my name in 10th certificate can't be changed. What should I do.
