you can apply for any engineering entrance like JEE, a national level entrance. else you can give state level if available.  Then you can use your rank to get into a college who provides btech degree for agricultural engineering. Not all colleges provide this course so you have to search for it. If you have any institute in your state then you can apply for it and use state quota for benefit. if you have to apply for other state then you will go under open category where the rank bar is low and you have to score good enough to get an admission.
