Yes, one month is sufficient for the revision of NEET 2019 if you have planned your 30 days smartly. Gen/OBC students should be targeting 80 marks in Physics out of 180, 150 marks in Chemistry out of 180 and 340 marks in Biology out of 360. If you try to achieve these marks you will get a total of 560 marks in which you can easily get a good medical government college. For SC/ST students, try getting 70 in Physics, 80 in Chemistry and 300 in Biology which makes a total of 450 marks. Some quick tips for NEET revision-
1. NCERT books are what you need to focus on. Read these books line by line.
2. No new books should be used
3. You may use NCERT Example Consult for solving questions
4. Alternate day solve papers with OMR sheet and timer

Biology -
Only focus on NCERT now. You also need to solve NCERT Exemplar questions. All chapters are important. Some Chapters which need repeated revisions -

2. Plant Kingdom
3. Morphology
4. Human Physiology
5. Ecology
6. Reproduction in Flowering Plants
7. Microbes
8. Human health and disease
9. Agriculture and animal rearing
Chemistry
Give more emphasis on organic chemistry. Environmental chemistry, Biomolecules, Polymers and Chemistry in Everyday life should be read (most students leave these chapters). Read NCERT for inorganic chemistry. Make sure you are thorough with oxoacids of all p block elements.
Physics
Give more emphasis on previous year papers. Chapters like graviation, solids, fluids, thermodynamics, heat, kinetic theory of gases, oscillations, waves, electricity and capacitance chapters, magnetism all chapters and modern physics chapters are easy ones and their formulae must be revised thoroughly.
