Is 240 marks in NEET 2019 enough to fetch me a MANAGEMENT seat at colleges in Mangalore (like KS Hegde), given money isn't a problem?

240 marks are very less for admission into KS hegde institute of medical and health sciences.
In 2017 the cutoff for the medical college in question was 460.
The cutoff has subsequently increased to 500-525 in 2018.
And the admissions are done solely on the basis of merit.
