is 31132 rank in AEEE in. 2021 is gud rank which branch I get can I do conselling or not ??

It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff because of its ever changing nature and it depends on various factors like how many candidates appeared
How many seats are available in the college
Previous years cutoff
Difficulty level of the paper
Performance of the students
But based on your rank your chances are tough even if you have state quota. Even for branches like aerospace engineering the closing rank for general category candidates is 5374 and for state quota 19892 in amrita, amritapuri campus. In other very unpopular branches also the closing rank goes to 10000 for general category and 22500 for state quota. I suggest you study hard and try once again.
