Is 384 in full syllabus aiats is good for neet 2018?

I am answering based on the assumption that you are an Unreserved candidate. A score of 384 in AIATS indicates that you are on the right track but you still have some more improvement to do. Note that as per the NEET 2017 cutoffs, the best Government medical colleges will not accept admissions below a 500 score and that may also increase depending on various factors. If you wish to secure a seat through All India Quota, then a 620 plus score should be targeted as a minimum. A 384 score in NEET will certainly get you into private and deemed universities but the fees will be really high so it is best to improve the score and try and secure a Government medical college on merit.

Also, AIATS scores and those of other coaching institutes are only meant to be taken as indicators of your preparations and to be used as metrics to know how and where to improve. NEET exam day is completely different. Like I said, you are on the right track. Just prepare to the best of your abilities over the next 3 months, take as many mock tests as you can and revise as hard as possible. You will certainly be able to score much better marks in NEET 2018.
