Hello Dear,
You have not mentioned regarding which state ECET your query is about. TS ECET and AP ECET counselling had concluded already and the counselling was held in two phases. ECET Stands For Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology Engineering Common Entrance Test. There isn't any third phase counselling for both. Also there isn't any information regarding the third phase counselling.
