When you check the data ,the qualifying percentile is different for different categories. The qualifying percentile is 50 for the GENERAL category and

40 for the SC/ST/OBC category . So according to your percentile you have qualified the exam of NEET but at this percentile getting a seat is quite difficult still you can try
