No, there's no any barrier of 75% that you have to achieve this in your physics,chemistry and mathematics to be eligible to sit in jee mains (NITs,IIITs, CFTIs) and jee advanced 2022.
All you have to do is you have to qualify or pass your class 12th at least to be eligible.
But yes for the BArch and B planning 50% in 12th criteria is still same.
