Is 79.63 percentile is enough or good to get admission in NIT or other govt Eng collages?

No ,79.63 percentile is very low percentile.

according to Experts this year only cutoff of JEE main will be 85 percentile or above.

there is no any Government college is available below the cutoff of JEE main.

You can get some private college for Engineering.

also you can reappear in upcoming JEE main Exam helding in April.

Let me first provide you your aproximate rank for the percentile you mentioned. You will be getting rank around 190000 in crl. So you have less chance for getting qualified for jee advanced. You have very low or almost low chance to get seat in NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. But you can apply for some private colleges. You can get admission there. But you should try once more for jee main in april. And bring good marks. So start preparation from now.
