IS 97.66 PERCENTILE IS ENOUGH TO GET ADMISSIONS IN NIT????

Yes this is enough to secure a seat in NITs.

You have much time to prepare for JEE Advance and you can put effort in that.May be you'll end up getting seats in IITs.

You need to wait for official announcement of rank which will be after JEE april session.You can apply for JOSSA and CSAB only if you are from Union territory or north eastern states.
