That depends on individuals’ choices and interests. There is a lot of effort to give in the hospitals/treatment and research centres which also includes night shifts. Various factors like job profile, location, shift, and many more play a role in the difficulty of the job in Oncology nursing . As they are involved in the recovery process of the patients, therefore, they need to give much more effort.
