A candidate from West Bengal may be eligible for KCET, however, there are few terms and conditions applicable. The candidate needs to be a Ward of Defence Personnel, child of State and Central Government Employees or Child/Ward of Members of Parliament and here too there are terms and conditions for these type of candidates.
