Is a student get admission in 2nd year of b.tech in ymca Faridabad through lateral entry on the basis of passing only first year of b.voc if he did class 12th with non-medical?

Passed Minimum 3-years / 2-Years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination in any branch of Engg. &
Tech. with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category is required to get admission into Btech lateral entry.
