Yes according to the latest guidelines of medical council of India admission in all the private and government MBBS or BDS colleges will take place only through neet exam strictly.
As far as Aipvt or bams is concerned ,at all India level you need to necessary give neet and at State level different states have different guidelines Some states consider the score of neet while others take their own exam
