Hello Brajesh,

Generally only merit candidates candidates are considered for seat allotment. In case your name is not on the merit list, you are unlikley to be considered for admission. That being said, if BCECE comes out with another merit list - which may happen of there are vacant seats left - you might be in with a chance.
