Hello there. If you want to freeze then you have to go to reporting center and get the work done their.

Yes it is possible. Only you need to do is to go at reporting center and get the work done

You need to go to the center where you went to get the seat booked. Once you go their, you need to do the same thing which you did earlier i.e. fill the form under the guidelines of the counselor sitting there and your work will be done.
