If you have a future plans of even doing m pharmacy or ms pharmacy then b pharma will be a great option to choose.

If you don't have any further study plans then you should give a try in government sector. Only  government sector has  good scope/salary for only b pharm  students.
.
For getting a reputated job with a good package in private sector then you need to do masters compulsory or else you will be working for 10k to 15k .
