First of all, B. Pharma is a bachelor degree course whereas d pharma is a diploma course. The salary is better in B pharma (almost twice that of D pharma) . Since B Pharma is a bachelor course you will be eligible to give all the competitive exams (Government Sector) like IBPS or SSC which only graduates can give.

If you have the time and money then sure. It will take 6 years to complete pharma d and the minimum fees for the total course will be around 6 lakh. Depending on your skill after the course, as well as the institution you have got the degree from, you will be offered job in hospitals(govt or private) or you can open your own pharmacy. Initially it will pay you around 3 to 4 lakh per annum but it will increase with time. If you have the resources then this is the best option.
