DEAR aspirant,hope you are doing well.now coming to your question, BCECE LE 2019 is conducted by Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Board for Lateral Entry in the second year of graduate-level Engineering Course, Para Medical Course and Pharmacy Degree Course for the academic year 2019-20.
