Of the total seats 15% seats are filled by the all india quota nd whereas the remaining 85% by state quota..for state quota u should have domicle of gujrat..

There are 200 admissions to MBBS course every year in BJ Medical College, Pune. The admissions are on the basis of merit of All India NEET with constitutional reservations, done by the centralised process by Govt. of Maharashtra. The breakup of seats is 15% by MCC for All India Quota, of the remaining seats, 30% for State Level and 70% for Development board area of Maharashthra

All government Colleges give 15% setas to AIQ through NEET. So it's he same for BJMC. (15% of 250 is 38 so you get 38 seats with the same pattern of reservations as applicable elsewhere)
