Yes BTech and BE, both are Undergraduate Courses in Engineering, with minor difference between both of them. BTech as a Degree has greater influence towards Practical Education, with higher credits for Laboratory, Research Thesis, Tutorials, Assignments and other Practical Education modes, while BE has more credits towards theory and is more inclined towards Theoretical Engineering Education. Apart from this, there are hardly any differences and both are treated equal.
