is c and c++ is necessary to learn python ? I am beginner because I had not taken CS in class 11 and 12, I have decided to opt CSE

Hello! It's absolutely fine if you are beginner and want to opt for CSE and have no knowledge of C++. They will teach you the basic concepts, however you need to work hard and focus more on self study.
