Hai Krishnan.

JoSAA allows you to fill IITs only if you qualify in JEE Advance otherwise if you qualify in only Mains you have to choose only NITs , IIITs and GFTIs . And after 1st round you must attend for certificate verification for centres provided by JoSAA and it can be any center , whether an IIT or an NIT . Since every IIT and NIT is designated as center for certificate verification .
