Dear Ruhan, CAT is an entrance examinatiom for admission to IIMs and B-Schools of India for their Management Programmes. CLAT is the entrance examination for Law Courses. If you want to study LLB, then CAT is not for you. But after studying LLB, you want to study MBA, then CAT will be the entrance examination that you will have to appear for.
CAT is entrance exam for admission in IIMS , and top B SCHOOLS.
CLAT Is entrance exam by the national law university for admission in five years intergraded law program ,There are other similar exams like the AILET,LSAT,SET ETC,,All these are five years intergraded law courses after 12th
