Is choosing bds a good option. Will it have worth in india? Or is it better to choose other courses?

Each year, our country produces close to 10,000 dentists (both undergraduates and postgraduates). And while this may not seem like such a huge number in comparison to the number of engineers who graduate (probably more than 3–4 lakhs), what one fails to realize is that even if 50% of these dentists start setting up their own clinic, you would have a dental clinic in an urban city at every 500 meters. in this country there is too much of supply and no demand, hence i wouldn't suggest you do it in india. It has good scope abroad.
