Dear aspirant,
The govt has not any decision on vaccinating JEE aspirants on priority and thus the responsibility lies on the guardians and students to get vaccinated. This will ensure the students safety against Coronavirus and will add up as an additional shield against the Coronavirus beside NTA’s security steps and other hygiene measures.
National Testing Agency (NTA), the organizing body of JEE Main 2021, has set up more than 300 exam centres throughout the country to conduct JEE Main 2021. NTA has previously conducted the exam in 2020 amid the COVID spread out with all the precaution and safety guidelines.
The Joint Entrance Examination (Main) is the biggest engineering entrance exam in the country with around 20 lakh candidates appearing in the exam every year. The exam is conducted in 4 phase wherein the first two phases for the current academic year has been conducted in February and March while the remaining two phases are yet to be conducted. Around 12 lakh candidates are expected to be participating in the next two phases which is a huge number to manage.
ALL THE BEST.
As per the press release of NTA on July,2021 there are no such requirements mentioned for compulsory for the students appearing for the JEE MAINS 3&4.

Hi
No, It is not mandatory to get vaccinated in order to appear in 3rd and 4th session of jee main.
Also,
it is not possible to make it mandatory because the minimum age is 18 years in order to be eligible for taking vaccine but most of the students who appear for JEE main 2021 are class 12th board appearing 2021 students who are mostly only 17 years old.
So, you don't need to worry toll vaccination is not mandatory.
