CSAB - Central seat allocation board, is responsible for filling the vacant seats in nits, iiits, iiest or gftis after josaa all round counselling.
Now nit+ system means - The institutes that take admission in basis of jee mains rank. So it includes nits, iiits, gftis, etc.
Now as per your query, my simple answer will be - yes. The csab 2020 will be held for nit+ system this year.
This year the csab board has released the list of participating institutes for csab 2020, which includes - 31 nits, IIEST shibpur, 26 iiits and 29 gftis.
