is CST course same like Cse? I mean is it under IT course ?

Yes CST (computer science and technology) is same as CSE (computer science and engineering).

Students pursuing computer Science courses will get in depth knowledge of design, implementation and management of information system of both hardware and software. So CSE course deals primarily with the theory and design of computational systems. However, "Technology” generally refers to current practice and things commonly in use — in a degree title, it often implies a stronger focus on job training. Yes both the courses are under IT sector.
