Delhi Institution of Technology and Paramedical Sciences is not the best place for B. Sc. Radiology but definitely one of the best.
There are many good colleges offering B. Sc. Radiotherapy or Radiotherapy Technology, one of which is Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences.

It is a good institute, not the best one though. There are other reputed institutes with better infrastructure, faculty and overall education.
