Hi,
See AIIMS is very particular about it's documentation process. You must follow all the guidelines given by them. In case there is some problem, try contacting the authority there in AIIMS. As they can only give you the correct information and provide you a solution if there is some issue. Drop an email there depicting the issue and let them answer. Don't worry much. Certain issues arise during the procedure but they can be solved. Good Luck!
