Is diploma students eligible for attend jee advance exam plzz reply

Eligibility of diploma holder for JEE advance states that; To appear in JEE Advanced, a diploma holder can apply in JEE Main 2019. But their rank & score in JEE Main will not be considered for admission in NITs & CFTIs.

So on the basis of the official notification and it's clauses you are eligible to attend JEE advance.

Yes diploma students can give jee advanced. You can give jee mains to only become eligible for jee advanced you cannot take admission in NIT, iiits and Cftis on the basis of jee mains score but you can take admission in IIT if you qyalify with good rank.
