Yes, but you need to fulfill this requirement then you are eligible for NATA exam:-
Candidates who have passed any 10+3 diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and score atleast 50% marks .

Yes, diploma students can also apply for NATA exam. But there is a criteria, that candidates who have passed any 10+3 diploma exam with Mathematics as a subject and scored at least 50% marksare eligible to apply for the exam. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria, then you can apply.
