The concept of system of particle is - The study of the motion of particles in terms of the forces associated with that motion is called particle dynamics . A body has a constant velocity unless it is acted on by a net force.
The concept of System of Circular motion is - The dynamic of circular motion involves a force and is called centripetal force because it is directed all time versus the circle center.
Hence, both the concepts involves different theories- and have different perspective in different situations.
