Is every diploma seat converted to md/ ms for the academic year 2019-20?

Hello Ram,
MCI has stopped all recognised Post Graduate Diploma courses in Medical college. These seats are being converted to MD/MS seats in return.
The process is being conducted by way of application by colleges to the MCI.
So the seats of only thise colleges will be converted who have successfully applied for the same.
