no such certificate is required for neet counselling. documents like - class 10,12 marksheet plus passing certificate, neet rank card, provisional allotment lette, id proof,neet admit card,birth certificate, passport size photographs are required during document verification.

No, NEET candidates are not required to submit gap year certificates, neither at the time of All India Quota (AIQ) counselling or State Quota counselling.
