Is gla university mathura good for btech in terms of placement in cs branch
I do not have any idea about rest of the Universities but i do have the idea about LPU. In case of infrastructure, placement and facility LPU is better than any other University.
LPU has around 2000 faculty members. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of their students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements.
Being an alumnus of LPU I would prefer LPU as it has helped me grow professionally and provides exposure to various opportunities in terms of internships, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, placements etc.
LPU is better option for Engineering, in terms of placements, best curriculum, infrastructure, well experienced faculty and provides hands on experience on latest technologies. LPU is provides its students the exposure by providing opportunities for guest lectures, workshops, industrial visits, internships etc.
Highlights of the programme:
Credit Transfer : Student after successful completion of 2 yrs. at LPU may be given option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for the completion of programme subject to conditions and norms of regulatory bodies.
International Exposure Option : Student may be given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to USA/ European countries or any other country as decided by the University subject to conditions.
Semester Exchange : Student may be given an option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for a semester as decided by the University subject to conditions.

The placement record is quite good. The highest package CSE branch at GLA University till date is Rs.22 LPA and average package is Rs.3-6 LPA .
