GMVSS is a valid Board established by an Executive Order of State Government of Uttarakhand. The Government Order states that Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan’s syllabus has been approved to be equivalent to Uttarakhand School Education Council, Ram Nagar, Nainital. Uttarakhand.

Government has approved Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan to conduct exams and issue certificates and this information has been to all State Government Education Boards and COBSE and Principal Private Secretary.
